Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-eus-rpms'

Hi Folks,

Inside a redhat docker container, I am facing issue while enabling following redhat rpm repo. Other redhat openstack repos getting enabled fine inside the same container, so there is no network issue.

I tried to enabling the same repo on host OS, its working fine. What could be the possible reasons for this issue?

Repo name: rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-eus-rpms

Error message:
