Help finding partner for Renewals in a timely fashion

Since the Red Hat dropping support for all but the very largest of partners it has been a monumental chore to renew our Red Hat server licenses.

Finding one of the few partners that are still doing business with Red Hat that can sell a simple renewal is like finding unobtainium.
We were pointed to Dell last year and now can't even get a quote to renew a year later.
Does anyone have a Red Hat partner that can quote and sell a renewal license in less than a couple of days?
Dealing with Red Hat is like dealing with the Federal government.
It's exhausting.
