Can't install Brocade NIC Driver

I am a noob.I use the RHEL9.2.
another linux sysadmin tell me,Local merchants are selling cheap 10G Ethernet cards, model Qlogic BR-1860-2A.He says it works fine on his computer (Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04).I buy 2 this NIC.

Then the nightmare begins

Its drivers are very hard to find, even so I found the driver here：

But there seems to be a problem with this program, the driver is not installed.
To summarize what I tried: I found the driver package in /tmp,
copy to /opt/brocode/adapter/linux ,
run the /opt/brocode/adapter/Linux_driver_install.sh,
it doesn't look good... thankfully it's on an old test machine.
