Default files in /etc/firewalld/ missing

I am working on migrating my iptables to firewalld and rolled back a snapshot and noticed there are no default files in /etc/firewalld/services and fewer default files in /etc/firewalld/zones since the rollback. Does anyone know how these get generated?
