DNF error: Error in POSTIN scriptlet in rpm package insights-client

Hi all

I'm trying to install RHEL 9 (Self-supported, using to study another Red Hat certification) but the installation is aborted with his error:

The following error occurred while installing the payload. This is a fatal error and installation will be aborted.
DNF error: Error in POSTIN scriptlet in rpm package insights-client

I'm trying to use Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2 Binary DVD from the official source. SHA256 signature is ok. I tried physical and virtual machines, same error. Funny enough, I'm not cheching the "connect to insights" checkbox at install time :)

Any hint?

PS. In the meantime I'm using the old 9.1 ISO, which is working with no issues.
