Convert2Rhel

Hello, I am trying to convert from centos 7.9 to rhel. When I run the tool I get this error: WARNING - rhel-7-server-rpms repository is not available - some packages may not be replaced and thus not supported. Which I do not see under /etc/yum.repos.d
I would expect that the convert2rhel tool would handle that?

Then I get the following error: CRITICAL - Repositories were not possible to disable through subscription-manager:
This system has no repositories available through subscriptions.

Anyone run into this before?
