Unable to start crc

A newbie here...
I tried starting crc with multiple steps following the documentation and am still stuck at the below error.

C:>crc start
file 'C:\Users\username.crc\cache\crc_hyperv_4.11.18_amd64.crcbundle' does not exist

Kindly help me here.
