unixODBC update

Does anyone have any information concerning an update to the package unixODBC.x86_64 2.3.11-1.rh? It shows up in the yum checkupdate process, but I can find no documentation on the changes related to the update. The system being updated runs an instance of Oracle on RHEL 7.

Any info would be helpful. I would like to provide something to the developers before applying the patch.
