[URGENT] - NMI Watchdog: soft lockup - CPU#2 stuck for 22s! [systemd-udevd:652]

Hi Team,

We are doing new fresh Linux installation in physical server with rhel-server-7.3-x86_64-boot.iso. It is keep throwing the error as Soft Lock and ending in hung state.

Seems like error is in systemd-udevd. Please help to check this issue urgently.
