cant find the os highavailability and ceph directories on RHEL8 DVD

I'm following some (old) instructions for installing a large application on RHEL8. The instructions direct me to copy from the installation iso the contents of os/BaseOS/, os/AppStream/, highavailability and Ceph. My RHEL8.4 installation DVD has BaseOS and AppStream directories in the root directory but no os, highavailability or Ceph.

I'm guessing this means that Red hat have changed what they bundle on the DVD, can someone please confirm for me if that is correct? Or is there some other explanation that I'm missing?

Also can anyone direct me to where I can download Ceph? I have a redhat developer account.
