Missing doc for localization JSON file

Hi,

in the Admin GUI under Realm Settings is a tab "Localization" with the sub-tabs "Lookup" and "Upload localization JSON file".
This tab is not documented.

I suppose this allows to overwrite the messages of the message bundles in the GUI.

Does anyone knows the syntax/schema?
