can't upgrade to Rhel 7.9 from 7.3 due to error packages i.e(glibc,grub2,grub-common)

when i try to use the --skip-broken ...it is skipping all the packages ......i am not able to upgrade to 7.9. Please note.. before i have upgraded my db server to 7.9 using this same repo and rhel ISO...so what will be the issue ...can anyone please help me on this [root@bscsapplab2 /]# [root@bscsapplab2 /]# subscription-manager list
