rhel 7.8 subscription version - oracle packages

Experts,

downloaded RHEL 7.8 onto virtualbox
installing oracle products, weblogic
oracle universal installer (OUI) complaining - missing rhel packages.
done rhel yum package update
OUI still complaining about bunch of missing packages..
how can i get this to working..

any inputs appreciated !
