RHEL9 Workstation - WLAN WPA2 issue

Good day,

I am facing a problem when trying to configure WLAN authentication (WPA2 Enterprise with certificae) on a notebook running RHEL9 Workstation.

Steps done:
pfx - file converted to .pem files (certificate and key)
configured WPA Enterrise, TLS, path to the files and password.

Result:
It kkeps prompting me for the password, when typing the password the prompt comes back after ~ 30 seconds.

Excluded:
Typing errors are excluded.
pfx file and the two pem files --> the same files an configuration including the apssword are running fine on Ubuntu 22.04 - authentication works.

Repetaed the converting to pem and trying on both notebooks - same result: works fine with Ubuntu, same behaviour on RHEL9.

Can anyone help?
