Unable to set time zone as IDT on Rhel6

Hi Team,
Do anyone have any idea how to set time zone as IDT on Rhel6

My DB server time zone is IDT and app server time zone is IST, due to this mismatch, we are issuing below error while Spyder regression.

Spyder Regression is failing due to difference in time zone of application machine and DB server
“Java.lang.IllegalStateException: Machines are on different TimeZones : {lab-reg-ora3=IDT +0300, rd-rh6-app9=IST +0200}”
