Issue with EPEL key download for RHEL 9

Hello to the Red Hat community,

That may be a trivial issue but I can't get the EPEL repo working on RHEL 9 - previously, on RHEL 8.5 / 6.6, I had no issues with it and with other repos either.

I did what's described in this post and also tried additional things outlined in other resources I checked (please see the last message in the below link).

Any thoughts please?
