What is nss >= 3.67

RHEL7 finally getting updates from the disconnected satellite 6.10.

1st Error that comes up is:
unable to get list of updates: firefox-91-12.0-2.el7_9.x86_64 requires nss >= 3.67

Found info about it. [Network Security Services (NSS) 3.67 was released on 10 June 2021.]

How can I manually update this?
