Keyboard does not work after installing RHEL9 on my ASUS ZenBook 14

The keyboard does not work after installing RHEL9 on my ASUS ZenBook 14 (UM425Q) laptop. I noticed that when I do "reboot" it works. It stops working after turning the laptop off and back on. On Ubuntu, adding "GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX =" i8042.reset i8042.nomux i8042.nopnp i8042.noloop "worked for Grub. How to fix it in RHEL9. I have to always connect an external keyboard which is troublesome.
