web Console

I have examined the documentation on installing and setting up the firewall for the web console @https://localhost:9090/. The web console web page does indeed open but my uid and pwd does not appear to grant me access.
My user id is part of the wheel group, i am able to perform most admin tasks using sudo.

What am i missing to be able to log into the web console ? I also looked in the logs but could not find a specific log item to help troubleshoot this problem.

I am running RHEL 9 Workstation build with all modules enabled.
