Issue with file creation/access in certain folders from GUI

Hello everybody,
I observe strange problem in RHEL8:
From the GNOME3 surface (file manager) I'm not able to create new files or folders in my home directory (point is greyed out in drop down menue) - even if I've the permission to do so.
When opening a terminal and try to create a new file or directory within my home directory this is possible!

I see the same issue in some different folders.
All are mounted by NFS3 into the file system. Unpon now I've only observed this issue only the network shares, but since I work only on these I'm leaking a little bit on a "local" reference....

Has anyone an idea what might be the issue?
