Oracle Cluster VIP and alias interfaces

Hi,
We have RH 8 on which we have installed oracle clusteware 19c.
Our OS Admin added all the IP (main IP, VIP and SCAN) on the same interface without using alias interface. So far so good but when I stop the clusterware on one node, the node interface goes completely down as he didnt use the alias interface bond1:0, bond1:1, like in the previous cases.

I opened an oracle case to ask for recommendation as I cant find.

What is your opinion over this?
