Access to RHEL instances by other users

Does anyone have an idea on whether the small production uses of RHEL installs from Individual Subscription can be accessed/used by others, such as running a web server or a shared PC environment owned by the individual (or his/her own small business) having the subscription?

Will client access require another individual subscription to cover the production use cases for each user?
