RHEL8.6: recompile kernel and reload with the new kernel Image

Hi Everyone

I am running RHEL8.6 which is 4.18 kernel. 4.18 kernel lacks some features that I need and I want to recompile kernel and reload with the new Image. Can you anyone tell me if there is an official way to do it on the fly?
