Suddenly no syslog transfer.

I have a syslog server installed to transfer logs to SIEM, but suddenly it no longer transfers. It seems that it was accumulated in the queue, and when I restarted rsyslog, the transfer including the queue was restarted.
I want to know the cause of this.
I didn't change the settings and no error was output.
