How to upgrade apache httpd to latest 2.4.54

Hi all,
Our customer who is using RHEL 7.9 for their server, need to fix these vulnerabilities: CVE-2022-22721, CVE-2022-23943, as said have to upgrade to httpd at least 2.4.53, from here: https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/httpd/2.4.6-80.el7/x86_64/fd431d51/package, I can only find the latest is 2.4.51.

Can you advise how to download/upgrade to 2.4.53+ ? With most safety.
