GlusterFS - Permissions Issue

Having intermittent issues with a file share housed on a glusterfs. We are seeing permissions on files and folder disappear causing errors with the application trying to access them. I have uploaded a screen capture that shows 1 directory that has the problem, but I have seen it on multiple files for directories. The simple fix is to umount and remount the filesystem. There are 2 clients that have the same filesystem mounted on them, the problem is not consistent between the two. One client will display the bad permissions and at the same time the other client will display them correctly. Issue isn't consistent to one client either, has occurred on both of them. Any thoughts would be welcome.
