strange network error

I have recently started using RHEL8 on my old Asrock H410M-itx，now have a problem.
I using a Intel I350-T4 to connecting to Dell R730 IDRAC and Vmware ESXI 6.7 Web control Panel.But there is a strange problem，
I can see in the terminal that the corresponding two network port status is “BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP”，Arguably this should work，but a random port is blocked……The problem could be ESXI, it could be IDRAC.
I tested the networkcard on another computer（Windows 10 pro）,it works fine.At this point, I don't know how to troubleshoot this network failure.Please help me.
