Emulex or Qlogic FCoE (CNA) driver for RHEL 4.x ?

Hi,

 

Just wanted to know whether there is any CNA driver (for CNA by qlogic/Emulex or any other vendor) is included in any of the RHEL 4.x distribution ?

I know, most likely, the answer would be "no". But still would like to confirm the same from someone @RH.

AFAIK, the required additions were not added to the 2.4 kernel (only 2.6 upstream kernel). RHEL 4 last had major features added back in late 2008/early 2009, before CNAs were prevalent.

You might want to check with each vendor directly though - they sometimes maintain their own binary drivers for use.
