Meet GSS Red Hatter of the Week Fábio Da Cunha! Learn more about Fábio in his own words here and stay tuned for more from him throughout the week!

"Hi folks, my name is Fábio Da Cunha. I am from Brazil and work as a Technical Support Engineer in the Australian Brisbane office. After graduating with a Computer Science degree in 2002, I enjoyed my first experience in Linux working as a System Administrator with Slackware/Debian, and in January 2010 I joined Red Hat Global Support Services.

As well as being a Technical Support Engineer, I am a Team Leader, mentoring and providing guidance to other team members, such as assisting new hires with the onboarding process. Working at Global Support Services exposes us to real life situations, assisting people from all around the world. This is definitely a crash course that increases our knowledge daily. My main areas of expertise are currently:  Red Hat Storage http://www.redhat.com/products/storage-server/, Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization http://www.redhat.com/products/virtualization/ and Red Hat Network Satellite http://www.redhat.com/products/enterprise-linux/rhn-satellite/.

I am passionate about Red Hat and outside of work I am a keen traveler. Places that I've recently been to include: Thailand, Santiago del Chile, New Zealand and the United States. The picture below shows me on my recent trip to Las Vegas at "Golden and Pawn Stars". I live in Brisbane which is a very enjoyable place with many parks and places to ride my bicycle."
