How can i create 1 TB partitions on RHEL4.
Is there any way to do that? at the time of installation i tried to create 1TB with ext3, but it failed.

If I remember correctly, RHEL 4 ext3 supports up to at least 4Tb, if not more. And there should be no issues with 1Tb partitions, either (the concerns with msdos vs GPT come in at 2Tb).
In what way did it fail? Was this an error from the anaconda installer?
I'm assuming the 1Tb file system is not your root file system, so can you just leave the device in questions unpartitioned/unformatted during installation, and then afterwards manually partition and format it with fdisk or parted, and mkfs.ext3? Does it succeed that way?
