Issue while connecting VDI Desktop via Spice Client through RHEV 3.0

Latest response

Dear Team,

We have implemented RHEV 3.0 in our environment. Also, Virtual Desktop has been installed with Ubuntu as a OS. When I am trying to connect via spice client installed on my windows desktop machine, i am unable to connect. It gives below errors on hyper visor.

Could you please help me in resolving the issue. Also, let me know whether the procedure followed is correct.

Would appreciate your valuable guidance on the same.

Regards,

Taher Soni

Important thing to check: To open a spice console, your spice client systme will directly connect to the hypervisor that runs the vm. So make sure that the firewall between your client and the hypervisors allows this connection.

For more help, please provide error messages and relevant logs.

Have uploaded the images of Spice console, no error occurs on spice console, Whereas i can see error on hypervisor, Screen shot has been attached of the errors occurred.
