Can't acces USB device over SPICE from VM

I have VM access enabled via the RHEV-Manager, but when I plug in an external hard drive into the local client machine, it does not appear on the VM. IS there something I've not done?

seems to reffer to an old version or something, at least I can't locate RHEV-USB_Client.exe on the RHN.
