Unable to open download page

I purchased copy of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop from redhat.com, I did confirmed my email address and completed profile. 

 

When I click on download link given for software it keeps on redirecting that page and finally my browser show me 'Page isn't redirecting properly' message, I tried every browser Chrome, Firefox and IE. 

 

Am I only one having problem while trying to open download page. For two days I am trying to contact customer service but no luck, I mailed them twice but no reply.

Hi Dhawal. Sorry to hear you're having troubles downloading  your software and contacting customer service. Is this happening when you click the "downloads" tab above, here on the Customer Portal?

I've just done a quick search and it looks like you've already opened a support case for this issue, so it's best if the issue is handled through that process now.

Yes this happen when I click download tab above then download your software under red hat linux + it happen when I click download on customer portal page too. Every browser give me message that page isn't redirecting properly, and without being able to download software I am not being able to do my work. They should resolve this issue asap, but they reduced this issue to sev-3.

 

Problem is at server end and this might be effecting all user who purchased red hat linux software and trying to download.
