EAP6 and the cloud
I remember one of the motivations for the AS7 server was to make it able to serve in the cloud. I have a few questions around this I hope you guys might give me a hand to pass them through a thick skull.
What would you say are the key features which enable this goal to be achieved?
Does the modular design help in any direct way?
What's the AS7 role in a PaaS? More accurate, does AS7 work together with OpenShift or the latter deploys JEE6 apps with some other mechanism?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
On this bit:

It's not so much "key", but I would say the modular approach allows the different services to be loaded on demand. Hence less memory use, faster start etc etc.... so a bit like the cloud itself, "things" are only loaded/done when someone needs them and that is important for resource use obviously.
Kind regards
Tom
