Are you looking to get an ISO of the 5.5 release or just want to know where to look for RPMs to update with?

To get an ISO of 5.5 you'd go to the Red Hat Customer Portal:

access.redhat.com

Once you log in, go to the Downloads Tab.  Select Red Hat Enterprise Linux v5 and the arch you need.  Once you land on that page, scroll to the bottom and select View ISO Images for Older Releases.  You can scroll down and pick which version from there.

To get a list of RPMs to update, you'd type in

yum list updates

To update those pacakges you would use

yum update   or

yum update <package>

If you are looking for a particular version of an RPM, you can search in the release channel for that major version.

In the bar above go to Downloads then Channels, pick your version and architecture and click Filter.

The channels will appear in the results below, click the architecure link next to the channel name and you'll land on the channel page.

Click the Packages tab and you can search for a specific package name to see all versions of it, or include your version to just get download links to that specific package version.
