RHEVM Reports: no information related to existing operational RHEV.

Hello,

 

I recently installed RHEVM Reports but it seems to be inoperational: I can log in but there is no information related to existing RHEVM (datacenters, clusters, hosts,vms). I tried to reinstall Reports - no luck.

 

How can I check whether my installation is correct?

Can you explain what you are seeing in the GUI? If this is a very new setup, there will be no data in the reports, it takes a couple of days to accumulate enough data to display anything meaningful

I have several screenshots relatad to this issue.

For example in Single Host Uptime (BR8) there was:

Data Center: Non Available (the only option)

Cluster: All (the only option)

Host Name: (none available)

 

Nevertheless one more reinstall resolved the issue. Reports portal is now fully operational.

Thanks for the update. Have you tried to look at the original install logs to see what went wrong? Would help us avoid this in the future

Also got it in my installation. You do not see any data.

I have: rhevm-reports-3.1.0-20.el6ev.noarch
jasperreports-server-pro-4.7.1-2.el6ev.noarch
