The directlun one would fit my purpose.  I'll do some tests

Thanks Dan

Just keep in mind that vdsm hooks are an external plugin mechanism, and are not officially supported. I mean the hooking mechanism itself is of course supported, but not the hook scripts themselves.

If you develop a useful hook that you take into production later on, and will require full support for the functionality it provides, you'll need to open an RFE for the fuctionality through a support case

Any updates on using custom hooks ? Is it working ?

Does anyone knows when is RHEV-M going to support SR-IOV and NPIV right on the GUI ?

I haven't heard any complaints, so I suppose the t/s managed to get it working. As for getting hooks into the main featureset - there's a procedure for this - you need to open a feature request using a support ticket

AS Eduardo said,Recently does anyone knows when is RHEV-M going to support SR-IOV and NPIV right on the GUI?

We have a feature request open for NPIV support in RHEV, but there is currently no release target.
