Use LTS Linux kernel for RHEL releases

Hi,

I've reviewed RHEL 9 Beta and I saw that it will use kernel 5.14, which is now EOL.

Why don't Red Hat use LTS kernel for RHEL? It is supported in 2 or 6 years, why not to use?
