How to get attentention for a bug report?

Hello Red Hat community,

Does somebody know a (friendly) way to get attention for a bug report?

I filed a bug report two months ago but no one has responded to it since. Without an answer, I'm probably not able to solve the problem.

It's about this bug report:

So does someone know which steps I can take?
