Power management with ILO fencing device

Hi ,

My  Hypervisor hosts  are HP DL 360 G7  running  RHEL  6.1 .

What are recommended Power management  type  should be set  - ilo or  ilo3 ?

Which  parameters ?

At present I set  it as ilo .In this case test  fails .

If  I switch  them to ilo3  then  test  succeeded  but  then I cannot  connect to any  VM  via VNC  .
