RHEL 7 Apache backport question

I am currently running httpd 2.4.6 on RHEL7. I know that Apache is backported in and I was wondering which version of Apache would the RHEL httpd 2.4.6 version match. I am trying to determine if, for security reasons, I may need to stop using YUM and upgrade from Apache instead. That would not be my preferred option and I am hoping that the version I am running is not too far behind after the backporting.
