Unable to boot newly created virtual machine

I have created a VM using RHV-Manager and trying to install windows server 2019 standard OS upon it, but failing always when trying to boot. I can't see any disk attach to vm where OS can be installed and also couldn't load drivers to install, also using "attach CD" option for installation.
