You can schedule a reboot from the system overview page that fits in your patch/maintenance window.

Hi Paul,

If you are patching system in bulk/group using System Set Manager (SSM) then you can schedule remote command for same set of systems from satellite webui.

To execute remote command on client system from satellite client should be configures as per -
What are the requirements to execute remote commands on client system through Satellite server?

Refer article - How to schedule remote commands from Satellite or RHN ? to schedule remote command from webui for bunch of systems.

Hope this helps,

Ashish
