How can Implement PRP (Parallel Redundacy Protocol) in RHEL8

HI,

I've upgraded latest kernel "linux-5.13.12".
before kernel compilation , changed in '.config' file CONFIG_HSR=y

I want to implement Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) on kernel basis. How can achieve in RHEL8 ?
