  • local standard disk not detected red hat Linux dual boot installation

    Posted on

    Hi all,

I am new to Linux operating system, in my new Windows 10 OS laptop I tried to dual boot RHEL 8.4 with Windows 10. I partitioned 150GB memory drive unallocated in Windows10 then started dual boot, in the installation process at Installation destination "there is no Local Standard Disks" for the Device Selection. I have followed same steps in my old laptop that was successful but in my new laptop no devices are detected. I have found no help regarding this, could you help me out.
