High I/O operations and mutiple kworker processes running
we are getting below warning on our application running on RHEL 7.4
SystemResources:Disk Performance Access Time,Disk Access Time Performance| Prolonged service time of 57ms for volume "sda
We have a threshold of 50 ms and when it crossed it used to raise an alarm /warnings
During this alarm time, we could see below kworker process in top command output
31 root 0 -20 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 kworker/4:0H
36 root 0 -20 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 kworker/5:0H
FYR, please find the attached lsblk output and SAR output for one day.

Please let us know the possible reason why we have high I/O only limited time period.

Can we change the threshold value from 50 ms to greater value?
