I purchased Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) exam (EX200V8K) (RHEL 8) (41900467)
Payment Status Approved
but I'm not able to find it here https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/#/Dashboard
to schedule the exam from remote
Please advise

You would need to use the same/correct username used to opt/purchase the exam to login to the exam scheduler portal. Please check this. Otherwise, connect with training team as Christian/Jan suggested before.

Just as all the other replies are to contact Red Hat Training - we give you the same reply because we are volunteers and Red Hat Training must fix this, not us.
