Unable to find packaged

Hi All

I am trying to install looking glass on Rhel for KVM and some of the dependencies i can not find.
libegl-dev
libgl-dev
libfontconfig1-dev
libgmp-dev
libsdl2-dev
libsdl2-ttf-dev
libspice-protocol-dev

It exists in the fedora repositories. how do i find these for RHEL

they dont exist in EPEL either
