Installation failure

Hello all,

I've been trying to install the free developer copy 8-3 to commit to learning RHEL, and it has failed 3 times consecutively at the same point when it is at the stage 'Configuring Red Hat Subscription'. The spiralling indicator stops, and it falls over into the debug or report screen, neither of which could connect to report. It also suggests some kind of a network issue.

Have there been any other issues like this lately, or am I doing something wrong?
