Upgrade from 7.x to 8.1 (not 8.2)

Hey guys
I know there are a lot of discussion about this.
I would like to know if there is a way to upgrade RedHat 7 to a specific version of RedHat 8? I don't want to go the the latest version.
For instance from 7.9 to 8.1 not 8.2 or 8.3.
